People Operations Lead

In your role as the People Operations Lead you truly shine by providing invaluable support for all internal People Team requests. Key Responsibilities
People Operations
- Responsible for employee file accuracy
- Supports timely administrative support of the annual performance evaluation process, including providing notices and tracking completion
- Supports the with in-house training programs
- Maintains all training records and ensures records are up-to-date at all times
- Coordination and the successful execution of employee events
- Responsible for quarterly communication regarding benefits
- Responsible for employer branding posts on social sites such as LinkedIn/Glassdoor
- Support with annual events calendar
- Support with administrative needs including but not limited to meeting coordination and preparation, presentations and documentation.
- Supports special projects in collaboration with the VP of People & Culture
Recruitment
- Responsible for managing concurrent full life cycle talent acquisition and project management timelines
- Responsible for accurate and timely job postings and external advertisements for open positions
- Responsible for the timeliness of the hiring charter development process including coordination of interviews with all candidates and internal team members
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports
- Responsible for candidate relationship and advocacy
- Responsible for developing and updating job descriptions/requirements
- Responsible for the hygiene of recruitment practice on all platforms
Onboarding / Offboarding
- Facilitates orientation/onboarding with all new hires regarding policies and ensures that all new employees complete onboarding paperwork appropriately
- Responsible for the development and monthly monitoring of skills matrix and 30/60/90 day scheduling
- Responsible for communicating new hires to the company

Responsible for off-boarding, voluntary and involuntary, process and process improvement
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of HR/People Operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state labor laws
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full life cycle recruiting process.
- Proven experience updating and maintaining employee handbooks to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Experience implementing employee training programs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing friendly and prompt service.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
